Selling the Caravelo Travel Subscription platform to all airlines around the world and fundamentally transform the way they have sold plane tickets and interacted with passengers until now. Join a small high output Sales team to consolidate the transition from early adoption stage into market leader of a consolidated category within 2-3 years. Acting as an individual contributor, execute sales in line with existing playbook but also contribute to its perfectioning based on market feedback (suggest playbook enhancements, share best practices, generate synergies within the team and the company, etc.). Team up with the existing Sales team in place and generate positive team dynamics to ensure constant improvement in sales efficiency, ultimately delivering consistent commercial traction in line with budget expectations.
