As a Founder Associate, you will work side-by-side with the founders, acting as a force multiplier across strategy, operations, and special projects. This is a high-exposure, high-learning role for someone who wants to understand how a scale-up works from the inside and eventually grow into a leadership position.
This is not a narrow “analyst” role. One week you might be building a business case for an AI-powered customer support tool; the next, running an internal workshop on process improvement; the next, preparing a board presentation or helping unblock a key go-live.
You will be the eyes, ears, and hands of the founders in projects that shape the company’s future.
AI Adoption Projects: Scout tools, run pilots, and document learnings to bring AI into core workflows.
Operational Improvements: Map processes, identify bottlenecks, propose and track improvements.
Special Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives that don’t have a natural owner.
Executive Leverage: Prepare materials for investor/board meetings, customer pitches, and strategy sessions.
Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for urgent, ambiguous challenges that need fast, structured solutions.
1–4 years of experience in consulting, VC, startup, or scale-up environments.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills (Excel/Sheets, research, structured thinking).
Excellent communication & storytelling (clear slides, concise updates).
Curiosity for AI tools and SaaS businesses; hands-on experimentation mindset.
A builder mentality: proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Work directly with the founding team in a high-trust, high-learning environment.
