As part of our commitment to seamless customer onboarding and implementation, we have built a Professional Services Engineering Team within our Customer Ops unit. This team ensures that clients transition smoothly from contract signing to go-live, handling custom integrations, migrations, and technical onboarding.
We’re looking for a hands-on
Team Lead Engineer to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team while actively contributing to key technical initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a consultancy or project-driven background, who enjoys managing teams (3-7 engineers) while still being actively involved in the development and implementation of scalable solutions.
Required skills and experience
5+ years of experience in software development with a solid understanding of backend, frontend, and system integrations.
Background in consulting, system integration, or project-based development.
Experience leading teams (3-7 engineers) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, or similar).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth, SAML), and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and drive technical decisions.
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges.
Willingness to travel occasionally for go-live support.
Nice to have: Cloud experience (GCP, AWS), DevOps knowledge, or experience working with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
