The mission
We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong focus on client onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient, and structured implementation of Caravelo’s solutions. This role is key to delivering a smooth customer experience, ensuring that new clients adopt our SaaS platform successfully, from initial setup to full operational deployment.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to streamline onboarding processes, address challenges proactively, and ensure clients gain maximum value from our platform.
Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, standardize onboarding best practices, and optimize workflows will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term product adoption. Required skills and experience
3+ years of experience in Project Management
The candidate must have technical knowledge (at a level of understanding, not development) in areas such as frontend, backend, integrations, SQL, APIs, etc.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
